Comparison
Heliyos vs Clarify
Two products that both want the CRM to do its own data entry. Clarify bundles CRM, prospecting, enrichment and call intelligence into one system. Heliyos puts named workers and a review queue in front of one customer memory per account.
By Soham Sarkar, Cofounder and CEOUpdated
Clarify is a full-stack AI CRM that records calls, enriches records, updates deal stages and runs campaigns, with a personal agent called Rep and workspace pricing that includes unlimited seats. Heliyos is an AI-native OS where named AI workers keep one customer memory per account current and draft the follow-up work, and everything outbound waits in a Reviews queue with evidence attached. Choose Clarify if you want prospecting, enrichment and CRM in one product and are happy for most of it to run on autopilot. Choose Heliyos if you want a person to approve what reaches a customer and to pay for work done rather than a plan tier.
What Clarify does well
Clarify calls itself "the autonomous CRM for fast-moving GTM teams" and describes the product as "one system for CRM, prospecting, enrichment, reporting, and call intelligence". That breadth is the point.
- Rep, "your new personal sales agent". Clarify says Rep briefs you before meetings, tracks deals, drafts follow-ups, captures tasks, answers questions about your CRM and can now build reports.
- Agents built from templates or described in natural language. Clarify says they can flag at-risk deals and run the revenue motion "on autopilot or human-in-the-loop".
- Call recording and intelligence. "Every call recorded, deal updated, summarized", with action items captured on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
- A "native enrichment waterfall" that fills gaps in contact and company data, plus a Chrome extension for capturing leads from LinkedIn.
- Prospecting built in. Lead Finder and Campaigns take a lead from first touch through the pipeline, and custom objects and AI custom fields shape the record.
Where Heliyos differs
Both products want a record that keeps itself current. The difference is how much of that happens in the open and who signs off.
- Workers with names and jobs. Heliyos ships Taylor, an AI account executive who handles follow-ups, proposals and scheduling, and Parker, an AI platform admin who keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting. Custom workers can be added. Clarify has one personal agent, Rep, plus agents you build from templates or prompts.
- One memory per account. Every Heliyos worker reads the customer memory before acting and writes back afterwards, with the source attached to each fact. Clarify describes an ambient system that watches email, calls and calendar; its pages do not describe a per-account memory with sources.
- Review with evidence. Outbound email, deal stage changes and file sharing in Heliyos wait in a Reviews queue with the evidence and reasoning beside each item. Clarify offers a human-in-the-loop mode, but its pages do not describe a review surface that shows why an action was proposed.
- A sandboxed computer per worker. Each Heliyos worker runs on its own computer with only the tools its job allows. Clarify agents act inside the CRM and its campaigns.
- Pricing on usage, no seats, no plan tiers. Clarify also avoids seat charges, but packages credits into plans. Heliyos is in closed beta with a waitlist.
How they handle a meeting that just ended
In Clarify, the call is recorded and transcribed, a summary and action items are written, and the deal is updated. Clarify says it "updates deal stages automatically" and that Rep drafts the follow-up. By default this happens without a prompt or a click. Teams that want a check can switch agents to human-in-the-loop.
In Heliyos, Parker reads the transcript and the thread around it, updates the company, people and deal records in the customer memory, and attaches the quote that justified each change. A deal stage change waits in Reviews rather than applying itself. Taylor drafts the follow-up from the same memory and it waits in the same queue. Nothing reaches the customer until a person approves it.
Setup and time to value
Clarify is quick to start: connect email and calendar, invite the team at no extra cost, and the record starts filling itself in. Campaigns, custom objects and workflow automation take more deliberate setup, and the larger plans include a dedicated CSM or a forward-deployed GTM partner.
Heliyos asks you to connect Gmail or Outlook, a calendar and optionally HubSpot, then add accounts to the Watchlist. The first record updates and drafts appear in Reviews. There is no schema to design because the memory shape and the default worker jobs are fixed. Access is through a closed beta waitlist.
Pricing and who it fits
Clarify prices per workspace with unlimited seats. The pricing page lists Free at $0 with 1,000 credits a month, Starter at $50 a month with 5,000 credits, Growth from $1,000 a month on annual billing with 100,000 or more credits, and a custom Enterprise plan. Credits pay for AI work, and when they run out AI features pause until the next cycle, although meeting recording and background enrichment are not credit-gated.
Heliyos prices on usage with no seats and no tiers. You pay for the work the workers do. That suits teams where a few people review a lot of worker output. Clarify suits a team that wants a predictable monthly credit bucket and a free tier to start on.
When to choose Clarify, when to choose Heliyos, when to run both
- Choose Clarify if you want prospecting, enrichment, call recording and CRM in one product, a free plan to start on, and you are comfortable with record and stage updates applying themselves.
- Choose Heliyos if you want named workers to own record upkeep and follow-up, a Reviews queue with evidence on everything outbound, and usage-based pricing. It fits founders and revenue leaders at B2B teams who want to delegate without losing control.
- Running both is rare because each wants to be the system of record. Heliyos is a better fit alongside HubSpot, where it has a two-way sync, than alongside Clarify today.

Our verdict
Clarify is a strong, broad product for a small team that wants to replace a CRM, an enrichment tool, a call recorder and an outbound tool with one system, and its no-seat pricing is honest about where the cost sits. Heliyos covers less ground on purpose: workers with fixed jobs, one memory per account, and a review step before anything reaches a customer. Pick on how much you want to see before it ships. If autopilot suits you, Clarify. If you want evidence and an approve button, Heliyos.
FAQ
