The best AI-native CRMs in 2026, compared honestly

Eight products a B2B revenue team should evaluate, ranked on memory, workers and review, with one strict test applied to each: remove the AI, and does the product stop working?

By Soham Sarkar, Cofounder and CEOUpdated

The AI-native CRMs worth evaluating in 2026 are Heliyos, Clarify, Lightfield, Attio, Zero and Day.ai. folk and HubSpot Breeze are included for comparison but are AI-added. Heliyos is the pick for named AI workers on one customer memory with a review queue, priced on usage. Clarify and Lightfield are strongest on autonomous agents inside a flexible record. Attio has the best data model. Zero bundles lead data and sequences. Day.ai prices per agent.

How we ranked them

We applied the five tests from our AI-native CRM guide: one memory per account with sources, named workers that own tasks, review as a first-class state, tools a worker can use on its own, and the removal test. The removal test is the strict one. Switch the AI off and ask whether the product still makes sense. If it does, the AI was added to a CRM. If nothing is left to do, the product was built around the AI.

We build Heliyos, so read our placing of it with that in mind and run the trial at the end. Every competitor fact comes from the vendor's own public pages.

1. Heliyos: workers, memory and review in one system

Who it is for: B2B revenue teams who want to hand routine account work to AI workers without losing control of what reaches a customer. Heliyos keeps one customer memory per account. Taylor, the AI account executive, handles follow-ups, proposals and scheduling. Parker, the AI platform admin, keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting. Custom workers run on the same memory, each on a sandboxed computer.

Removal test: fails, which is the point. Take the workers away and nothing fills the memory. Strengths: Reviews puts evidence and reasoning next to every outbound email, deal stage change and file share, and HubSpot two-way sync lets it sit beside an existing CRM.

Limits: closed beta with a waitlist, founded in 2025 by Soham Sarkar and Rajan Sharma, so the track record is short. Pricing: usage-based with no seats.

2. Clarify: agents on autopilot or with a person in the loop

Who it is for: GTM teams that want agents to run prospecting, follow-ups and pipeline hygiene. Clarify calls itself The Autonomous CRM, and its agents run on autopilot or human-in-the-loop.

Removal test: fails. The product is organised around agents doing the updates, and the pricing page leads with paying for work done rather than seats filled. Strengths: no per-seat charges, a free tier.

Limits: control is set per agent rather than in one shared review queue. Usage beyond the credit allowance is billed on top. Pricing: per workspace. Free at $0, Starter at $50 a month, Growth from $1,000 a month, Enterprise custom.

3. Lightfield: a record that writes itself, with an approve step

Who it is for: teams that want email, calendar, Slack and LinkedIn activity captured automatically, with a place to approve or dismiss what agents prepare. Lightfield calls itself an AI-native CRM that updates itself from every customer interaction. It announced a $47M Series A led by a16z.

Removal test: fails. Capture is the product. Strengths: the For review list is the closest public design to a review queue after Heliyos. Each item opens a draft with Dismiss and Approve buttons, and approving an outbound draft sends it.

Limits: capture seats are capped per plan (3 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Growth). Pricing: Starter at $89 per user per month billed monthly, Pro at $999 a month per workspace billed annually, Growth at $1,999 a month, Enterprise custom.

4. Attio: the flexible data model with agents

Who it is for: teams that want to shape the CRM around their own objects, then add AI on top. Attio pairs an open-ended data model with research, custom and web agents and enrichment.

Removal test: borderline. Switch the agents off and Attio is still an excellent CRM that a team keeps current by hand. Strengths: the best data model in the category, a free plan.

Limits: per-user pricing plus credits. Plus is $35 per user per month billed annually ($44 monthly), Pro $79 ($99 monthly), Enterprise custom. Seat credits run from 100 to 2,500 per user per month, workspace credits from 250 to 10,000. Approvals live inside workflows rather than in a shared queue.

5. Zero: the bundle for scaleups

Who it is for: scaleups that want lead data, sequences, a dialler and the CRM in one product. Zero positions itself as an AI CRM and revenue platform for scaleups: find leads using buying signals, reach out with sequences or the dialler, and let agents draft contracts for a person to review. It announced a $10.3M seed led by Primary.

Removal test: borderline. The lead data, sequences and dialler still work without the agents. Strengths: fewer tools to stitch together.

Limits: the public pages show drafts for review but do not state that every customer-facing action is gated. Pricing is per seat: Pro at $60 a seat per month billed annually, then $77 after the first 12 months, or $77 monthly; Scale custom with a 10-seat minimum.

6. Day.ai: memory first, priced per agent

Who it is for: teams that want the record filled from Gmail, Calendar and meetings. Each data point carries its sources, agents have names and job descriptions, and the site states that nothing goes out without your approval.

Removal test: fails. Without ingestion and agents there is no record. Strengths: provenance, a free tier, no per-seat fees.

Limits: pipeline management only arrives at Professional and prospecting at Executive, and skill slots are capped per plan. Pricing: per agent per month, shown for annual billing. Free, Turbo at $24, Professional at $60, Executive at $200.

7. folk: AI-added, and the easiest to adopt

Who it is for: small teams that want a simple relationship CRM with AI assistants. folk calls itself the AI CRM for your entire sales motion and says it is used by 5,000+ companies.

Removal test: passes, which makes it AI-added. Switch the assistants off and folk is still a tidy CRM, because a person sends every message. Its pages describe no approval gate.

Limits: assistants help a person; they do not own the account. Pricing: per member per month, Standard at $24 billed annually ($30 monthly), Premium at $48 ($60), Enterprise from $80 ($100).

8. HubSpot Breeze: AI-added to the suite you may already run

Who it is for: teams on HubSpot who want AI agents inside the record they already have. Agent Hub ships Prospecting, Data and Customer agents and an Agent Builder, and you can approve CRM updates and drafts after meetings.

Removal test: passes, which makes it AI-added. Switch the agents off and HubSpot still works, because people own the record. Strengths: breadth, a mature ecosystem, no migration. Heliyos syncs two ways with HubSpot.

Limits: agents run on HubSpot Credits capped per tier. Pricing: per seat per month plus credits. Sales Hub Starter from $20 a seat, Professional at $100, Enterprise at $150.

AI-native or AI-added, in one line each

Heliyos, Clarify, Lightfield and Day.ai fail the removal test and are AI-native. Attio and Zero are borderline. folk and HubSpot Breeze pass the test and are AI-added. None of this makes a product bad. It tells you how much work a person keeps doing.

How to run the same trial on each

Connect one inbox and one calendar, add ten live accounts, and do not type into the record for five working days. The point is to see what each product does when nobody is feeding it.

  • Count the record updates made on their own and check three against the source.
  • Count the follow-up drafts waiting, and judge whether they read the account history.
  • Find where approval happens for an outbound email and whether the evidence is attached.
  • Price the rollout for your whole team, including credits, capture seats or usage.

Our verdict

Pick Heliyos if you want AI workers acting on one customer memory with a review queue, and you are willing to join a closed beta and pay on usage rather than seats. Pick Clarify for autonomous agents with a per-agent choice of autopilot or human in the loop, and Lightfield for a record captured for you with an approve step. Pick Attio if the data model matters most, Zero for the bundle, Day.ai for per-agent memory, and folk for assistance rather than delegation. Stay on HubSpot if you are already there, with Heliyos beside it.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is the best AI-native CRM in 2026?
For review-gated workers on one customer memory, Heliyos. For autonomous agents inside a flexible CRM, Clarify or Lightfield. For the best data model with agents on top, Attio. It depends on how much work you want to hand off.
Which of these are AI-native and which are AI-added?
Heliyos, Clarify, Lightfield and Day.ai stop working without their AI, so they are AI-native. Attio and Zero are borderline. folk and HubSpot Breeze are AI-added.
Which AI-native CRM is best for a small team?
folk is the easiest to adopt. Clarify, Attio and Day.ai have free tiers. Heliyos suits a small team that wants workers to do the routine work, and adding people costs nothing.
Why does pricing model matter so much here?
Per-seat pricing assumes people do the work. When workers do most of it, usage, per-workspace or per-agent pricing is the honest model, and it changes what a full rollout costs.
