Ask Heliyos: chat with your workers and get the work done
One chat for the whole OS. Ask a question about an account and get the answer from its memory. Ask for work and the right worker picks it up, talks to the others if it needs to, and delivers, with every step visible in the thread.
Ask Heliyos is the chat surface of the OS. You talk to Heliyos the way you would message a colleague: "where are we with Namora", "send them the proposal by Friday", "book a call with the CFO next week". Questions are answered from the account memory with sources. Requests become work: Heliyos routes them to Taylor, Parker or a custom worker, the workers talk among themselves to split the steps, and the result lands back in the chat and on the account. Anything important still waits in Reviews. The same chat lives on every task, so you can steer a task by talking to the worker on it.

The answer comes from the account memory: last meeting, open thread, deal stage, next step, each with a link to the source.

Heliyos has Parker create the task and Taylor write the proposal and the email. You get the draft to approve in the same thread.
Workers talk to each other on the task
Taylor asks Parker which contact is the decision maker; Parker answers from the record. The exchange stays on the task, so you can read how the work was done.
Finish a task by chatting
Open any task and talk to the worker on it: "shorter, and mention the pilot pricing". The next draft reflects it, and the edit is remembered.
@mention a worker anywhere
On a record, a task or in chat, @Taylor or @Parker starts a run with that context. The worker replies with what it did and why.
Nothing happens behind your back
Every worker message shows its plan, the tools it used and the evidence. Important actions stop in Reviews.

- No. Outbound email and other important actions wait in Reviews, whether they started from chat or from an event.
