The OS
One system, from signal to delivered work
Context flows in from the tools your team already uses. Inside Heliyos it becomes one memory per account, with files, workers, computers and data structures around it. What comes out is finished work: tasks completed, reviews generated, meetings scheduled, leads fetched, contracts drafted.

Heliyos is a operating system. Inputs are your inboxes, calendars, meeting platforms, CRM, forms and file drives. The OS holds five things: customer memory (one record of truth per account), files (your knowledge and the documents workers produce), workers (Taylor, Parker and custom roles), computers (a sandboxed runtime per run with the tools a job allows) and data structures (companies, people, deals and the custom objects and fields you define). Outputs are completed tasks, review items, scheduled meetings, fetched leads, enriched data, research, drafted contracts and presentations, each linked back to the account and the evidence.
Inside the OS
Five things every worker stands on
Customer memory
One record of truth per account: summary, people and roles, deal state, every email, meeting, note and signal in order. Every worker reads it before a run and writes back with evidence.
Files
Your knowledge (pricing, decks, docs from Drive, OneDrive or upload) and the artifacts workers produce (proposals, briefs, decks), versioned and filed back where the team works.
Workers
Taylor, Parker and custom roles. Each has a job, triggers, allowed tools and a review rule. They hand work to each other and to people, and share the same memory and knowledge.
Computers
Every run executes in its own sandbox with only the tools the job lists: search, documents, email, calendar, records. Every call is logged, so a person can replay any decision.
Data structures
Companies, people and deals, plus custom objects, fields and labels you define. Research columns, enrichment and Scouts fill them; segments and automations read them.
What comes out
Finished work, linked to the account
- Task completed
Taylor or a custom worker finishes the task on the board and reports the result, the artifact and what changed.
- Review generated
Anything that matches a review rule waits in Reviews with its evidence and reasoning for a person to approve.
- Meeting scheduled
Times proposed from your calendar, the slot held, the invite sent after approval, rescheduled when plans change.
- Leads fetched
Scouts find companies that match your ideal customer and add them, scored and enriched, to your tables.
- Data enriched
New companies and people get firmographics, roles and verified contact details, with a source and date on each field.
- Research completed
AI Research columns answer a question for every row with a confidence and citations, and refresh on a schedule.
- Contract drafted
Proposals, order forms and one-pagers written from your pricing and knowledge, versioned as artifacts on the task.
- Presentation done
Decks and briefs produced from the account memory and your files, ready for review and filing to your drive.
How it works
The flow, in four steps
- 01
Signals flow in
An email, a transcript, a form response, a file change or a Scout signal lands on the account it belongs to.
- 02
Memory updates
Parker rewrites the account from the evidence; data structures and files stay current.
- 03
Workers take the task
Taylor or a custom worker runs in its computer with the tools it is allowed, and hands off when it needs another worker or a person.
- 04
Work comes out
Drafts, documents, invites, enriched records and research, each waiting in Reviews when it matters, then delivered.
Workers
Who works here
Workers show up where the team already is, with a clear marker for who did what. Your own custom workers join them.
FAQ
Questions people ask
- What is an AI operating system?
- A system that holds customer memory, files, workers, computers and data structures together, so AI workers can act on live context and deliver finished work with a person in control. Heliyos is built this way rather than adding AI to a CRM.
- What goes in and what comes out?
- In: emails, calendars, meetings, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Typeform responses, Drive and OneDrive files, Scout signals. Out: completed tasks, review items, scheduled meetings, fetched leads, enriched data, research, drafted contracts and presentations.
- Where does the work actually run?
- In a sandboxed computer per run, with only the tools the worker’s job allows. Nothing runs on your laptop or outside that scope.
- How do I stay in control?
- Review rules decide what waits for a person. Every output links to the evidence it came from, and the run trace shows every step.
