Comparison
Heliyos vs HubSpot Breeze
HubSpot is the system of record for a large share of growing B2B teams, and Breeze is the AI layer it has added on top. Heliyos is built the other way round: workers and a customer memory first, with a two-way sync to HubSpot so the record you already have stays current.
By Soham Sarkar, Cofounder and CEOUpdated
HubSpot with Breeze is a mature CRM with an assistant, a set of agents and enrichment added on top, priced per seat plus HubSpot Credits for AI usage. Heliyos is an AI-native OS where default workers keep one memory per account current after every email and meeting, draft the follow-up work and wait in a Reviews queue before anything reaches a customer, on usage pricing with no seats. Choose HubSpot if you want one suite for marketing, sales and service. Choose Heliyos if you want the record to update itself with review. Many teams run both through the two-way sync.
What HubSpot Breeze does well
HubSpot describes its AI as "built for go-to-market" and promises "AI that’s easy to use and easy to trust". The breadth is real, and so is the advantage of the agents sitting on data the team already keeps in HubSpot.
- Agent Hub. HubSpot lists a Prospecting Agent, Customer Agent, Data Agent, Content Agent, Campaign Agent, Nurture Agent and Revenue Agent, plus an Agent Builder for custom agents on one canvas with no code. Its line is "All of your AI agents, managed in one place".
- Prospecting Agent. It finds companies showing buying signals, suggests contacts and drafts outreach, with a "Review before sending" setting where you approve each message, or "Send automatically".
- Deal Progression. HubSpot says it analyses "conversation transcripts, emails, and deal history" to suggest CRM updates, draft follow-up emails and propose next steps.
- Breeze Assistant wherever the team works in HubSpot, HubSpot Notetaker for meetings, and data enrichment included in all paid plans with Smart CRM.
- One suite across marketing, sales, service, content and data, with a large marketplace and a free tier for two users.
Where Heliyos differs
HubSpot adds AI to a record people still own. Heliyos makes workers the default actor and people the reviewers.
- Memory. Heliyos keeps one customer memory per account that workers read before acting and write to after, with the source attached to every change. HubSpot’s agents read CRM data, calls, emails and documents, and the record stays a database that reps are expected to maintain.
- Workers. Heliyos ships Taylor, an AI account executive for follow-ups, proposals and scheduling, and Parker, an AI platform admin who keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting, plus custom workers. HubSpot’s agents are task-specific: prospecting, nurturing, invoice follow-up, content.
- Review. Heliyos has a Reviews queue for outbound email, deal stage changes and file sharing, with evidence and reasoning beside each item. HubSpot offers review before sending on the Prospecting Agent and suggested updates in Deal Progression; approval is a setting per agent rather than a shared queue.
- Sandboxed computer. Heliyos workers run on their own sandboxed computer with only the tools their job allows, including inbox, calendar, files and the web. HubSpot agents act inside HubSpot and through its integrations.
- Pricing. Heliyos is usage-based with no seats. HubSpot prices per seat and meters AI with HubSpot Credits.
How they handle keeping the record current after a meeting
In HubSpot, Notetaker captures the meeting and Deal Progression analyses the transcript, suggests CRM updates, drafts a follow-up and proposes next steps. The rep accepts or edits the suggestions in the deal record.
In Heliyos, Parker reads the transcript and the thread, updates company, people and deal fields in the customer memory and attaches the quote behind each change. A stage change waits in Reviews. Taylor drafts the follow-up and that waits in the same queue. If HubSpot is connected, the approved changes sync back so the HubSpot record matches without anyone typing into it.
Setup and time to value
HubSpot is quick to start on the free tier and slow to finish: Breeze is only as useful as the data and pipelines already in HubSpot. The Prospecting Agent needs admin permissions, several AI data settings switched on and HubSpot Credits. Professional and Enterprise carry one-time onboarding fees of $1,500 and $3,500.
Heliyos asks you to connect Gmail or Outlook, a calendar and HubSpot if you have it, then add accounts to the Watchlist. The first updates and drafts appear in Reviews. Heliyos is in closed beta with a waitlist.
Pricing and who it fits
HubSpot’s Sales Hub page lists a Free plan for up to two users, Starter from $20 per seat per month (a lower promotional figure was also shown when we checked), Professional from $100 per seat per month and Enterprise from $150. Paid plans include HubSpot Credits each month, 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise, and extra credits cost $0.010 each. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Agents such as the Prospecting Agent consume credits when they generate outreach.
Heliyos prices on usage with no seats. That suits a team where a few people review a lot of worker output and where the cost should track work done rather than headcount. HubSpot’s model suits a team that already pays for the suite and wants AI on the same bill.
When to choose HubSpot, when to choose Heliyos, when to run both
- Choose HubSpot alone if you need marketing, sales, service and content in one suite, your team is comfortable owning the record, and you want AI agents that live inside that suite.
- Choose Heliyos alone if you are starting fresh, want workers to own record upkeep and follow-up, and want a Reviews queue on everything outbound.
- Run both, which is the common pattern: keep HubSpot as the system of record for marketing and reporting, connect it to Heliyos with the two-way sync, and let Parker keep the HubSpot record current while Taylor handles follow-ups. HubSpot stays accurate without reps typing into it.

Our verdict
HubSpot is a strong system of record, and Breeze makes it more useful for teams already living in it. The record is still something people own. Heliyos hands that ownership to workers, with a Reviews queue so nothing reaches a customer unreviewed, and charges for usage rather than seats. The pragmatic choice for most growing teams is both: HubSpot as the record for marketing and reporting, Heliyos keeping it current and doing the follow-up.
FAQ
Questions people ask
- Does Heliyos replace HubSpot?
- It can, or it can sit beside it. Heliyos has a two-way sync with HubSpot, so many teams keep HubSpot as the record and let Parker keep it current from Heliyos.
- What are HubSpot Credits?
- HubSpot’s unit for metering AI features and agents. Paid Sales Hub plans include a monthly allowance, extra credits cost $0.010 each, and unused credits do not roll over.
- Does HubSpot review AI output before it goes out?
- Some agents have a setting for it. The Prospecting Agent offers "Review before sending" or "Send automatically". Heliyos routes every outbound email, deal stage change and file share through one Reviews queue with evidence and reasoning.
- Which is cheaper?
- It depends on team shape. HubSpot charges per seat plus credits, so cost grows with headcount. Heliyos is usage-based with no seats, so cost tracks work done. Heliyos is in closed beta with a waitlist.
