Heliyos vs 11x
11x sells digital workers for outbound and inbound pipeline. Heliyos runs account workers on one customer memory with review built in. This page sets out what each does well, where the scope differs, and when a team would use both.

11x and Heliyos both talk about AI workers, but they work different parts of the funnel. 11x positions itself as "Digital Workers, Human Results": Alice runs outbound sequences across email, phone and social, and Julian answers inbound calls and chats. Heliyos runs the account after the first conversation. Taylor and Parker act on one customer memory, and anything that reaches a customer waits in a Reviews queue with evidence. Choose 11x if your bottleneck is top-of-funnel volume. Choose Heliyos if it is keeping accounts moving and records honest.
What 11x does well
11x is specific about its two workers. Alice is "the world's best SDR" in its words, an outbound digital worker that tracks leads and buying signals, scores intent, researches each prospect, writes multi-touch campaigns across email, calls and more, handles replies and books meetings. Its pages describe outreach in 105 or more languages, consented outbound calling and smart replies. Julian is an inbound phone and chat agent for speed to lead, qualification, scheduling and onboarding, with several voice styles.
The platform around them is complete for outbound: a company and lead database, live web search, website visitor tracking, signals and triggers, a sequence builder, deliverability and mailbox health, analytics and call number management. Managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation and monitoring are included on every tier, so the sending infrastructure is handled for you.
11x names Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, LinkedIn and WhatsApp as connected tools, with bi-directional CRM sync in every plan and custom integrations plus an API at Enterprise. For a team that wants an outbound engine running without supervision, this is what the product promises.
Where Heliyos differs
Heliyos covers the account lifecycle rather than prospecting. Every company you sell to has one customer memory: people, deals, emails, meetings, notes and files. Taylor (AI account executive) drafts follow-ups and proposals and handles scheduling. Parker (AI platform admin) keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting. Custom workers take on jobs specific to your team. Each worker runs on its own sandboxed computer with only the tools its job allows.
Control is the second difference. 11x pages emphasise autonomy: "Independent, proactive, and able to execute complex tasks without supervision", with Alice "on autopilot". Heliyos puts a review step between a worker and your customer. Outbound email, deal stage changes and file sharing land in Reviews with the evidence and reasoning beside each action. The team approves, edits or redirects.
Memory is the third. 11x describes contextual memory built from past interactions and a knowledge base, aimed at better outreach. Heliyos memory is the record your whole team works from, surfaced through Watchlist, Inbox (Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn), Tasks, Meetings, Notes, Knowledge, Scouts, AI research columns and Enrichment.
How they handle a reply from a prospect
When a prospect replies to an Alice sequence, 11x handles the reply as part of the campaign: smart replies continue the conversation, and when the prospect is ready Alice schedules the meeting. The sequence is the unit of work, and the goal is a booked meeting. The pages do not describe a step where a person reviews the reply before it goes.
In Heliyos the reply arrives in the Inbox already attached to the account. Parker updates the contact and deal from what was said. Taylor drafts the response using the whole account history, including the last meeting and any open tasks, and the draft waits in Reviews with the thread beside it. A person approves, and the record and the reply are both correct.
- 11x: reply handled inside the sequence, meeting booked, autonomous by design.
- Heliyos: reply handled inside the account, record updated, draft reviewed with evidence.
Setup and time to value
11x is sold through a live demo and sales conversation, with onboarding and support included at every tier and tailored onboarding or a dedicated CSM higher up. Because mailboxes, domains and warmup are managed by 11x, the time to the first sequence depends mostly on your targeting and messaging decisions.
Heliyos is in closed beta with a waitlist. You connect an inbox and a calendar, add accounts and let the workers run. The first value is record updates and follow-up drafts appearing in Reviews on day one. There is no sequence to design because the work starts from live conversations you already have.
Pricing and who it fits
11x publishes a starting price for Alice: Growth from $3,750 a month billed annually, with up to 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects a month. Pro (up to 10 users, 5,000 prospects) and Enterprise (unlimited users, 10,000 or more prospects) are custom, on annual or multi-year terms. Its docs say Alice is priced "per prospect, not per send", with no setup fees, and that Julian is priced by call and chat volume, with Growth voice from $5,333 a month. It fits teams with a defined ICP and the volume to use thousands of new prospects a month.
Heliyos prices on usage with no seats. It fits founders, revenue leaders and GTM operators at B2B teams who want AI doing routine account work under review, including teams too small to commit to a five-figure annual outbound contract.
When to choose 11x, when to choose Heliyos, when to run both
A short decision guide.
- Choose 11x if you need outbound volume, want managed sending infrastructure, and are comfortable with sequences running without a review step.
- Choose Heliyos if your problem starts after the first reply: follow-ups, proposals, records and pipeline hygiene, with a person approving what goes out.
- Run both if 11x fills the top of the funnel and Heliyos owns the account from there. Both sync with HubSpot, so a meeting Alice books can arrive in the Heliyos memory with its deal already created.

Our verdict
11x is a serious outbound engine with its own sending infrastructure and a clear per-prospect model, and if your constraint is pipeline volume it does the job it describes. Heliyos solves the next problem: keeping every account moving and every record true once conversations exist, with a review step the team controls. They are complementary more often than competing. If you must pick one and your team is small, start where your revenue leaks, which for most B2B teams is follow-through, not first touch.
