Alternatives

11x alternatives in 2026

11x sells digital workers for outbound and inbound: Alice runs multi-channel outreach and Julian answers the phone. Teams look elsewhere when they want workers that cover the whole account, clearer review before anything goes out, or a published price. Six alternatives, compared on what their pages say.

By Rajan Sharma, Cofounder and CTOUpdated

Teams look beyond 11x for four reasons: it is scoped to outbound and inbound pipeline rather than the accounts that follow, its pages describe workers that execute without supervision rather than a review step, pricing is not published, and many teams want to own the data and process instead of renting a worker. The short list: Heliyos for account workers with one customer memory and a Reviews queue; Artisan for an AI BDR with human-in-the-loop controls; AiSDR for email and LinkedIn outreach with published plans; Apollo for data plus sequencing in one seat; Clay plus an outreach tool for RevOps-built pipelines; Lindy for assistants you assemble yourself.

Why teams look beyond 11x

11x positions Alice as an outbound digital worker across email, phone, chat, social, SMS and WhatsApp, and Julian as an inbound phone agent for speed to lead and qualification. It integrates with Gmail, Slack, Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • Scope. Alice and Julian create and qualify pipeline. Once a meeting is booked, the follow-up, the proposal, the record update and the renewal are someone else's job.
  • Control. The homepage describes workers that are independent, proactive and able to execute complex tasks without supervision, and refers to running on autopilot. It does not describe a review step, approval gates or override controls.
  • Pricing model. No prices are published; the site offers a 20-minute demo. Budgeting requires a sales conversation.
  • Data model. Prospect and conversation data sits in the 11x workflow and syncs to your CRM. There is no shared account memory that other workers or your team read and write.

Heliyos (ours)

Best for: revenue teams that want AI workers across the account, from first reply to renewal, with a person approving anything that reaches a customer.

Heliyos is an AI-native OS with one customer memory per account. Taylor, the AI account executive, handles follow-ups, proposals and scheduling. Parker, the AI platform admin, keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting. Custom workers cover your own process. Outbound email, deal stage changes and shared files wait in Reviews with evidence and reasoning. Workers run on their own sandboxed computer with only the tools their job allows. Scouts, AI research columns and Enrichment handle research.

Limits: closed beta with a waitlist. Heliyos is not a cold-outbound engine with a built-in contact database or phone agent; it works your existing accounts and pipeline. It syncs two-way with HubSpot but not Salesforce today.

Pricing model: usage-based with no seats.

Artisan

Best for: teams that want an autonomous AI BDR for email outbound with explicit human-in-the-loop controls.

Artisan's Ava finds and enriches leads from a database the company lists at 250M+ verified contacts, writes and sends personalised email from your domains in your reps' names, handles replies and books meetings. Its pages list approvals, tone and CTA locks and escalation rules as human-in-the-loop controls.

Limits: the public pages describe email as the channel; LinkedIn and phone are not described. Like 11x it stops at the booked meeting.

Pricing model: credit-based plan tiers scoped to lead volume, mailboxes and dialler seats, from startups through enterprise. Prices on request.

AiSDR

Best for: small teams that want email and LinkedIn outreach with published pricing and a native HubSpot sync.

AiSDR's agent, Ami, runs AI-researched email and LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, InMail) with unlimited personas, email setup and warmup, a 300M+ lead database and AI call steps through a dialler. Explore and Scale add HubSpot data monitoring, LinkedIn signal tracking, a dedicated GTM engineer and, on Scale, two-way Salesforce sync.

Limits: the pages mention a co-pilot mode for replies but do not describe a standard approval step. Explore and Scale are on quarterly contracts.

Pricing model: monthly plans by AI-researched contacts. Solo at $250, Explore at $900, Scale at $2,500 a month, with a 20% saving on annual billing and a fully managed service at an extra $2,500 a month.

Apollo

Best for: individual sellers and sales teams that want contact data, sequencing, calling and AI assistance in one seat.

Apollo combines a contact database with email sequences, dialler, call recording, AI features and CRM integrations. Credits are pooled across the team and reset each billing cycle.

Limits: Apollo is a seller's toolkit rather than an autonomous worker. A rep still runs the sequences, and there is no shared account memory or review queue.

Pricing model: per user per month across Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, with credits pooled per team. Current figures are on their pricing page.

Clay plus an outreach tool

Best for: RevOps and growth teams that want to build their own research and outbound pipeline from 150+ data providers.

Clay runs multi-provider enrichment waterfalls, offers Claygent for web research, tracks job-change and intent signals, and sends sequences through its own sequencer or hands off to tools you already use.

Limits: it is a workbench that needs an owner. There is no worker that handles replies or books meetings, and no customer memory; those come from the tools beside it.

Pricing model: monthly credits. Free, Launch at $167 a month on annual billing ($185 monthly), Growth at $446 ($495 monthly), Enterprise custom. Add the outreach tool's cost.

Lindy

Best for: teams that want to assemble their own assistants for inbox, meetings and routines rather than buy a fixed worker.

Lindy works as a Slack-native teammate with scheduled routines, 40+ skills plus custom skills, 1,500+ integrations with MCP support, meeting notes, inbox management and computer use on Pro and Max. Its pricing page lists approvals before actions with outside impact.

Limits: it is a general assistant platform, not a sales system. Outbound at scale, deliverability and a contact database are not what it is for.

Pricing model: per user per month with credits. Plus at $29.99 (3k credits), Pro at $99.99 (15k), Max at $199.99 (35k), Enterprise on request, with $50 of free credits to start.

How to choose

Decide where the worker's job starts and stops, then check five points.

  • Where does the worker stop: at the booked meeting, or through follow-up, proposal and record upkeep?
  • What waits for a person before it reaches a customer, and can you see the evidence and reasoning?
  • Who owns the contact and conversation data, and can you export it?
  • Is pricing published, and what does it look like at twice the volume?
  • Does it write to your CRM both ways, or only push new leads in?

Our verdict

11x is a focused choice for teams whose problem is top-of-funnel volume and who are comfortable with workers on autopilot. If you want AI across the account with a person in control, pick Heliyos: Taylor and Parker work from one customer memory, every outbound email and deal change waits in Reviews with its evidence, and pricing follows usage rather than seats. Artisan and AiSDR are the closest like-for-like outbound options, and Apollo, Clay and Lindy suit teams that would rather build than buy a worker.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is Heliyos an AI SDR like 11x?
No. Heliyos workers handle follow-ups, proposals, scheduling and record upkeep on the accounts you already have. It does not ship a cold-outbound database or a phone agent. Teams often run an outbound tool for pipeline and Heliyos for everything after the first reply.
Which 11x alternative publishes its prices?
AiSDR, Apollo, Clay and Lindy publish plans on their pricing pages. Artisan describes a credit-based model with prices on request. Heliyos is usage-based with no seats and is in closed beta.
Which alternative has the strongest review step?
From their public pages, Heliyos (Reviews with evidence and reasoning for email, deal changes and files), Artisan (approvals, tone and CTA locks, escalation rules) and Lindy (approvals before actions with outside impact) describe explicit review controls.
Can I keep 11x and add Heliyos?
Yes, if both sync to the same HubSpot. 11x books the meeting and pushes the lead; Heliyos picks up the account from there and keeps the record and follow-ups current.
