Alternatives
Day.ai alternatives in 2026
Day.ai builds a customer memory from your email, calendar, meetings and Slack, and puts named agents on top. If you like the idea but need a different trade-off on pipeline, control or price, these six alternatives are the ones to compare.
By Rajan Sharma, Cofounder and CTOUpdated
Teams look beyond Day.ai when they need pipeline management without stepping up a tier, when per-agent pricing stops matching how they work, or when they want workers that act on accounts rather than agents that mostly brief and triage. The short list: Heliyos for AI workers with one customer memory and a Reviews queue; Attio for a flexible CRM with agents; HubSpot Breeze for agents inside an existing suite; Clay plus a CRM for data-led outbound; Lindy for build-your-own assistants; Salesforce Agentforce for enterprises already on Salesforce.
Why teams look beyond Day.ai
Day.ai describes itself as the context graph and agent control plane for go-to-market teams. Customer Memory is built from permissioned ingestion of email, calendar, meetings and Slack, and agents have names, skills and a manager on the team. The reasons to compare alternatives are about fit.
- Pricing model. Plans are per agent per month, billed annually: Free, Turbo at $24, Professional at $60 and Executive at $200. Each specialised agent is a line on the bill.
- Scope. Pipeline and opportunity management, custom properties and analytics start at Professional. Prospecting and advanced custom instructions start at Executive.
- Control. Approval and an audit trail are present. The public pages do not show how evidence and reasoning appear for each action, or whether email, deal changes and files share one review place.
- Data model. Customer Memory is strong on communication context. Teams with heavy structured needs may prefer a CRM-first product.
- Maturity. Day.ai is young, with fewer integrations and admin controls than established CRMs.
Heliyos (ours)
Best for: revenue teams that want named AI workers to finish account work, with every important action waiting for a person.
Heliyos keeps one customer memory per account. Parker, the AI platform admin, keeps company, people and deal records current after every email and meeting. Taylor, the AI account executive, drafts follow-ups and proposals and handles scheduling. Custom workers cover your own process. Outbound email, deal stage changes and shared files wait in Reviews with evidence and reasoning. Workers run on their own sandboxed computer with only the tools their job allows. Inbox covers Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn.
Limits: closed beta with a waitlist. Two-way sync is with HubSpot; there is no Salesforce sync yet. Slack is not an ingestion source today.
Pricing model: usage-based, no seats.
Attio
Best for: teams that want a flexible, well-designed CRM with agents and workflows built in, and someone to own the data model.
Attio pitches itself as the CRM for agentic revenue. It offers a Research agent, Custom Agents, a Web Agent, Ask Attio for natural-language questions, workflows for routing and enrichment, and call recording with analysis.
Limits: a rep still owns the record, and AI runs on seat and workspace credits on top of per-user plans. Object counts are capped by tier.
Pricing model: per user per month. Free, Plus at $35 annual or $44 monthly, Pro at $79 or $99, Enterprise custom. Workspace credit packs are sold separately.
HubSpot Breeze
Best for: companies already on HubSpot that want agents inside the suite rather than a new system.
Agent Hub ships in every paid Sales Hub edition with Prospecting, Nurture, Customer, Data and Revenue agents, Smart Deal Progression and an Agent Builder for custom agents. The AI page says you can approve automatic CRM updates and follow-up drafts after every meeting. Everything runs on HubSpot Credits, which can be bought up front or pay-as-you-go.
Limits: the record is still the rep's to maintain, the deeper automation lives in Professional and Enterprise with onboarding fees of $1,500 and $3,500, and extra credits cost $0.01 each.
Pricing model: per seat per month plus credits. Professional from $90 and Enterprise from $150 per seat with 3,000 and 5,000 credits included.
Clay plus a CRM
Best for: growth and RevOps teams that want to build their own data and outbound pipeline from 150+ providers, and push results into a CRM they already have.
Clay runs multi-provider enrichment waterfalls, offers Claygent for web research, tracks job-change and intent signals, and can send sequences or hand off to integrations. CRM sync starts at Growth. It replaces research and list-building, not the account relationship.
Limits: it is a workbench, so it needs someone to build and maintain tables. There is no customer memory or approval queue; those come from whatever CRM sits beside it.
Pricing model: monthly credits. Free, Launch at $167 a month on annual billing ($185 monthly), Growth at $446 ($495 monthly), Enterprise custom. Add the CRM's cost on top.
Lindy
Best for: individuals and teams that want to assemble their own AI assistants for meetings, inbox and routines across many tools.
Lindy works as a Slack-native teammate with scheduled routines, 40+ skills plus custom skills, 1,500+ integrations with MCP support, meeting notes, inbox management and computer use on higher tiers. Its pricing page lists approvals before actions with outside impact.
Limits: it is a general assistant builder rather than a customer system. There is no account memory or pipeline, so revenue context lives in the tools you connect.
Pricing model: per user per month with credits. Plus at $29.99 (3k credits), Pro at $99.99 (15k), Max at $199.99 (35k), Enterprise on request. New accounts get $50 of free credits.
Salesforce Agentforce
Best for: enterprises on Sales Cloud that want agents inside their existing governance and process.
Agentforce for Sales covers lead nurture, pipeline management, prospecting and sales emails, with Agentforce Coworker included in the Max edition. Flex Credits fund usage on Core and above. Admins define what each agent may do inside existing flows and permissions.
Limits: AI can be added to Core and above, so the realistic entry point is $195 per user per month plus Agentforce for Sales from $125 per user per month. Setup and administration are substantial.
Pricing model: per user per month, billed annually (Starter $25, Pro $100, Core $195, Advanced $395, Max $550) plus the agent add-on.
How to choose
Decide what the AI should own, then test two products on ten accounts for a week.
- Memory: is there one record per account that the AI reads before acting and writes to after, with sources visible?
- Action: does the AI finish tasks (update the deal, draft and send after approval), or does it brief and suggest?
- Review: is there one queue that shows every action with evidence and reasoning?
- Price shape: per agent, per seat, per credit or per unit of work, and what does it look like at twice the team size?
- Exit: can you export the memory and records if you leave?
| Alternative | Best for | AI model | Review and approval | Pricing model |

| Attio | Flexible CRM with agents and workflows | Agents plus Ask Attio | Approve agent-drafted outreach | Per user plus credits |
| HubSpot Breeze | Agents inside an existing HubSpot suite | Agents on credits plus assistant | Approve CRM updates and drafts after meetings | Per seat plus credits |
| Clay plus a CRM | Data-led outbound built by RevOps | Features plus Claygent research agent | Handled in the CRM beside it | Monthly credits plus CRM |
| Lindy | Build-your-own assistants across tools | Assistants with skills | Approvals for actions with outside impact | Per user plus credits |
| Salesforce Agentforce | Enterprises already on Sales Cloud | Agents on Flex Credits | Configured per agent and flow | Per user plus agent add-on |

Our verdict
Day.ai is a good fit if you want customer memory from communication data and agents that brief, triage and keep the team informed. If you want workers that complete account work, pick Heliyos: one customer memory, Taylor and Parker acting on it, Reviews between a worker and your customer, and usage pricing with no seats or per-agent fees. Attio and HubSpot Breeze are the right answer when a CRM with agents is what you need, and Agentforce when the company already runs on Salesforce.
FAQ
Questions people ask
- How is Heliyos different from Day.ai?
- Both keep a memory per account from email, calendar and meetings. Heliyos puts named workers on that memory to finish tasks, routes every important action through Reviews with evidence and reasoning, and prices on usage rather than per agent.
- Does Day.ai have a free plan?
- Yes. The Free tier includes Gmail and Calendar ingestion, meeting recording and notes, and read access to Customer Memory, with no automated skill slots. Pipeline management starts at Professional.
- Which alternative is cheapest for a small team?
- It depends on how many agents or seats you need. Day.ai Turbo is $24 per agent per month, Attio Plus is $35 per user per month on annual billing, and Heliyos has no seats and bills on usage.
- Can I use Day.ai alternatives alongside HubSpot?
- Heliyos syncs two-way with HubSpot. Clay, Lindy and Attio also connect to HubSpot through integrations. Breeze is HubSpot's own AI, so there is nothing to connect.
